Dave Hancock
Dave Hancock is one of Salisbury’s leading entrepreneurs and has been running his own hospitality businesses in the city since 2009 when he launched his first venture, student bar VooDoo.
Now in partnership with his wife Aimee, he owns some of Salisbury’s best loved establishments, a true combination of Traditional and Original employing over 40 people.
From Tinga, the bustling authentic Mexican cantina on Salt Lane to Caboose, the 1920’s inspired high end cocktail bar with boutique accommodation and Deacons, a traditional English pub serving award-winning local real ales and a proud CAMRA pub of the year winner. Dave also chairs Salisbury Pubwatch which plays an important role in providing a safe environment for customers and visitors.
The business also runs some innovative outdoor pop ups – such as Frost and Salisbury City Garden which bring added vibrancy to the Market Square.
Dave’s passion for creating excellent food and drink led experiences in the city makes him the perfect brand ambassador.
